3. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen coaching services as set forth at the time of your enrollment. Fees must be paid in advance and in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Details regarding session cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds will be specified in the service agreement you will receive upon starting our services. Generally, appointments cancelled or missed without sufficient notice may not be eligible for a refund.

All materials provided during our coaching sessions, including but not limited to worksheets, handouts, graphics, and methodologies, are proprietary and owned by the service provider. These materials may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without the express written consent of the provider.
7. Use of Services
You agree to use our coaching services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the service by any third party. This includes conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any or all of the services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our employees, associates, consultants, or coaches shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or any other matter relating to the service.
